Navasota River near Normangee affecting Brazos, Madison and Grimes Counties. Brazos River near Rosharon affecting Fort Bend and Brazoria Counties. For the Menard Creek...including Rye...Moderate flooding is forecast. For the East Fork San Jacinto River...including New Caney...Moderate flooding is forecast. For the Navasota River...including Normangee...Minor flooding is forecast. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the dangers of flooding. Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.
